terms.
The agreement between your organization and us for using slashscore Teams. Written to be read: where a clause protects one side, it says which.
the agreement
These terms are between WIN GRAVITY SRL, Dacia Street No. 1, Iași, Romania ("we"), and the organization that uses slashscore Teams ("you"). Whoever installs the GitHub App or signs up on an organization's behalf confirms they have the authority to bind it. Together with the data processing addendum and the plan you choose, they are the whole agreement.
slashscore Teams is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers, so consumer protection rules on distance contracts do not apply.
the service
slashscore Teams reads the history of the GitHub repositories you connect and turns it into a private map and reports of who works on what, with which AI agents. What it reads is set out in the privacy notice.
During early access the service is still being built. Features may change or be withdrawn, and there is no uptime commitment. We will tell owners by email before we remove anything they rely on.
accounts and access
An organization is connected by installing the slashscore Teams GitHub App, which only an owner of the GitHub organization can do. You decide who to invite and in which role, and you are responsible for what people you invite do with access. Keep sign-in to your GitHub and email accounts secure, and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
your data
Everything we read from your organization stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you, as the data processing addendum sets out. We do not sell it, use it to train models, or show it outside your organization's account.
We may use operational data about the service itself, such as errors, load and performance, to run and improve it. That never includes the content of your organization's data.
acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect an organization or repositories you are not authorised to connect;
- use the service to make decisions about people in a way the law where they work does not allow;
- try to reach another customer's data, or probe, overload or disrupt the service;
- resell the service or copy it to build a competing one.
slashscore Teams shows the work of the people in your organization. Where employment law or a works council requires that staff are told or consulted before a tool like this is used, doing so is your responsibility as their employer.
fees and billing
- organizations with 5 or fewer active contributors pay nothing
- $15 per active contributor per month once you pass 5, the first 5 included
- a member of your GitHub organization who opened, merged or reviewed a pull request in its repositories during the period. Outside contributors, inactive members and AI agents are never billed
- monthly in advance through Stripe. Each month’s charge is set by your active contributors over the 30 days before it starts; a change in team size applies from the next month, never mid-month
- prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes
- nothing is charged before billing opens. Early access teams get 50% off their first year
If a payment fails, the service stays open while Stripe retries the card. If the subscription ends up unpaid, the map is locked until it is settled. Locking never deletes data.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email to owners. A new price applies from the next billing month after the notice ends.
cancellation and deletion
You can stop at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App. A paid plan stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and payments already made are not refunded for part of a month.
Uninstalling deletes everything we hold about the organization at once. Nothing is lost that cannot be rebuilt: installing again reads the history from GitHub afresh.
suspension
We may suspend access if these terms are seriously broken, if an account is being used to attack the service or other customers, or if payment is overdue as above. Unless the situation is urgent, we warn owners first and give them a chance to put it right.
intellectual property
The service, its software and its design belong to us. These terms give you the right to use it while your agreement lasts, nothing more. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything for it.
confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential, uses it only for this agreement, and shares it only with people who need it and are bound to the same care. This does not cover information that is already public, independently developed, or required by law to be disclosed.
warranties
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Beyond that, it is provided as it is: the readings it shows are derived from GitHub data and AI detection that can be incomplete, and they are not a substitute for your own judgement about people's work.
liability
Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or goodwill. Each side's total liability under this agreement is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 euros if that is more.
None of these limits apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, including for intent or gross negligence, or to your obligation to pay fees.
governing law
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts of Iași, Romania, unless both sides agree otherwise.
changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to owners at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top moves. If you do not accept a change, you can uninstall before it takes effect.
